Slack will let you list your pronouns under your job title

Slack is now starting a new field for profiles that will let you list your pronouns under your name and job title. Once filled, your pronouns will appear on the mini-profiles you see when you click on someone’s name and in their entire profile.

Note that your Slack profile may already have a pronoun field if an administrator has created a custom field for your company’s employees.

This new area will be hidden by default, though – Slack administrators have to flip it over to everyone in the Slack workspace. If you are an administrator and would like to do so, here is a quick guide to Slack.

Slack connects with some other apps to allow people to add pronouns to the profile, such as Instagram, which they only received last week.
