Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the action role-playing game that was an immediate hit in 2018, is coming to Nintendo Switch. Nintendo leaked a trailer for the project in January, but the developers emphasized that this was an error and a port wasn’t “planned at the moment.”
If you’re unfamiliar, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a strategy RPG which shares similarities with The Witcher and Elder Scrolls with the key difference being that it is grounded in historical fact rather than fantasy.
Saber Interactive, whose sister brand Prime Matter published The Witcher 3 for Nintendo, will be helping Prime Matter on this project.
Until now, Deliverance has been one of, if not the most difficult Switch games to port to the system. We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but one thing we can say for sure is that you might want to get an SD card for your Switch if you don’t have one yet.
